Workshops

This practical course is designed for founders and small business owners who want to finally feel in control of their numbers. Over one intensive day, you will learn how to read your key reports, track cash flow, and prepare for tax season without relying only on guesswork.

Small Business Finance Essentials

In the workshop, we review examples of invoices, expenses, and tax obligations to help you connect everything in your business. You will learn to establish a simple structure for bookkeeping and identify key reports and financial warning signs.

We cover tools, effective collaboration with accountants, and essential information to keep handy. Each participant receives a checklist and templates for immediate application to their work.

The course is in a small group format allowing participant questions. The session runs from 10:00 to 18:00 with breaks. The fee is $600, including materials and refreshments.

Group size is limited to maintain a calm atmosphere and ensure time for examples and exercises.
